SITE IDENTIFICATION AND FEASIBILITY
Lupus Therapeutics collaborates with the industry, matching its first-of-its-kind LuCIN clinical trial network of 57 sites with the most promising lupus trials led by the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. It offers a full spectrum of identification and feasibility services to deliver high-performing investigative sites to partners.
CONTRACT AND BUDGET NEGOTIATION
Lupus Therapeutics negotiates, monitors, and coordinates LuCIN site study-specific budgets and contracts. It conducts negotiations pursuant to study sponsor-established guidelines and parameters. To date, there have been more than 200 unique contract and budget negotiations with LuCIN sites conducted successfully, with an average contract/budget study timeline of approximately four months.
SITE LIAISON
Lupus Therapeutics serves as a site relationship resource to study sponsors to motivate LuCIN sites and enhance the quality of trials by reinforcing adherence to and accelerating site response time (e.g., patient screening/enrollment, data entry, and query resolution) through issue identification and resolution.
